If someone is born on Leap Day, how do they celebrate their birthday?

The Honor Society of Leap Year Day Babies reports that only 0.0684% of the world's population are born on Leap Year Day. Out of this small number, most celebrate their birthday on the last day of February, and some Leap Year Day babies admit to celebrating every day possible!

For Leap Day babies willing to travel - Anthony, Texas, the self-proclaimed Leap Year Capital of the World, hosts a large birthday party every Leap Day. The millennium celebration included entertainment by Graham Nash of Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young and a Leap Year T-shirt designed by Peter Max.
